These collars are 28" long.  Matching leash is 5' long.  Please indicate which pattern you would like when ordering.
 
These are not kits.  I purchase leather straps then cut them to length.  They are hand tooled and finished.  The hardware is purchased separately and stitched on by hand with an awl.
